Pet Policy
Troubadour is a pet-friendly community. We allow two pets per apartment home. The monthly pet rent is $30 per pet. There is a nonrefundable pet fee which is $400 for one pet or $600 for two pets. There is a weight restriction of 100lb per pet and standard breed restrictions apply.
*Breed, size, weight limitations, and fee and deposit requirements do not apply to assistance animals. We comply with all applicable fair housing laws.

There are multiple dog parks within close proximity. The close proximity to Hancock Dog Park and Shoal Creek Greenbelt will ensure your dog feels at home too.
